Keeping Your Produce

To keep your lettuce nice and fresh remove it from original packaging, wrap in paper towels place into plastic bag store in crisper of refrigerator. Don't wash until ready to use.

Buy tomatoes in season and don't refrigerate leave them out for the best flavor.

Store your eggs near the back of the refrigerator. Storing them on the door is not a good idea doesn't keep them cold enough.
